Along Bolesława Prusa Street stands an elaborate early 20th century academic building that hides layers of symbolism connected to the crafts once taught inside. Built between 1902 and 1904 for the School of Building Crafts and the Higher School of Machine Construction, the complex was designed as both a school and a teaching tool for future engineers and builders.
