Qantas Unsure If They Have Adequate Jet Fuel Access From Mid-May

Qantas provided a trading update today that is quite eye-opening. The airline will slash domestic capacity by 5% due to jet fuel prices and demand.

What is more worrisome is that it doesn’t appear there is much confidence that the airline will get the required amount of jet a from mid-May, because they are certain only until “well into May” that their suppliers can meet demand.
