A shorthanded goal set up by the team’s goalie lifted the North Okanagan Reapers to sweet revenge.
Coeden Cruikshank’s shorty – assisted by goalie Taylor Robins-Swanson – with 4:16 left in regulation time gave the Reapers a 9-8 victory in Kelowna over the defending playoff champion Kodiaks as the Thompson Okanagan Junior Lacrosse season began Saturday, April 11.
