A new hotel and restaurant set to be built in Inukjuak are expected to be up and running later this year or early next year.

The 23-room hotel and 50-seat restaurant will fill a need in the community, said Tommy Palliser, president of Pituvik Landholding Corp.
“There’s a high shortage of hotel rooms in the region,” he said.
