US military says two of its warships passed through Hormuz to remove mines
The US military said on Saturday that two of its warships have crossed through the Strait of Hormuz as part of a mission to remove sea mines set by Iran from the vital passage for global oil trade.
“Today, we began the process of establishing a new passage and we will share this safe pathway with the maritime industry soon to encourage the free flow of commerce,” Central Command
