Starlight Stadium is set to go country this summer, with a new festival headlined by Doc Walker and Aaron Pritchett.
Country Roads Festival will debut on Aug. 29, with gates opening at 3 p.m., and performances split across two alternating stages.
Doc Walker broke through with their 2001 album Curve and tracks like Rocket Girl, going on to earn multiple Canadian Country Music Association awards and Juno nominations.
Pritchett, who has ties to B.C. through time spent in Terrace, Kitimat and Gabrio
