Soldiers on the hunt for members of Islamic sect

Nigerian soldiers in armoured personnel carriers patrolled the northern city of Maiduguri on Wednesday searching for remaining members of an Islamic sect behind clashes which have killed more than 150 people. "It appears that the security forces have the situation under control," national police spokesman Emmanuel Ojukwu said.
