Questing has never been more rewarding with Divine Duality Elemental codes because you can get even more rewards for doing absolutely nothing. Plus, roaming around the map and helping out NPCs is fun, whatever level you happen to be, but to deny any free help would be silly. Codes will net you shards, which you can use to upgrade your abilities - or you can use them to sacrifice it all if you want to reroll your skillset. It can be super worth it, but be careful.
