In the Sóller valley, this restored 1967 finca sits within more than 20,000sqm of cultivated land, with terraces and orchards extending directly from the house. The 329sqm main residence was renovated in 2017, retaining its original structure while adjusting openings to increase light and airflow between interior rooms and the surrounding landscape.
