A long-awaited National court decision on the licensing of international telecommunications provider Starlink is expected to be delivered tomorrow morning at 9.30am.
The matter came before Justice Oagile Dingake this morning where lawyers presented consent orders that he should deliver the decision which was prepared by former judge Susan Purdon Sully.
