Mine workers secure permanent $30K pay rise following High Court decision

The Fair Work Commission ruled last year more than 2,000 mine workers at three BHP coal mines in Queensland were owed the same wages as their full-time counterparts. The High Court has now rejected an attempt to appeal the order, saying it had "insufficient prospects of success".
