Institutional investment firm Bay Capital Partners on Thursday appointed Sandeep Barasia and Tej Kapoor as Partners at the firm. The move comes as the firm prepares to launch a Digital Opportunities Fund, which is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund aimed at backing late-stage, high-growth companies in the digital and tech ecosystem.
