I try to avoid any AI note-taking apps that try to think for me. They are more likely to make mistakes than NotebookLM, and I don’t have time to verify all the information they give me when I’m in a hurry. That’s not the case with NotebookLM since it only works with sources I give it, so every answer traces back to something I added. Instead of replacing the way I think, it just makes the material I already have easier to work with.
